A: Bonding refers to the transmission of data over multiple wireless links and in doing so combining the available bandwidth.
Q: Which wireless technologies can be used for bonding?
A: We currently support Wi-Fi, WiMax and 2G/3G/4G links.
Q: Can I use third party modems/network adapters with the VR-100A?
A: Any modem or network adapter can be used so long as there are Linux drivers available for that device.
A: Which video encoders does the VR-100A work with?
A: We currently offer full support for the Teredak Cube series of encoders as well as Axis encoders. However, the VR-100A can be used with any encoder capable of RTP or RTSP streaming.
Q: Which platforms support the Client GUI?
A: Our GUI will work with any device with a web browser capable of displaying Java. Such devices include Apple products (iPhone, iPad etc.), Android smart phones and Blackberrys.
Q: Can I use the VR-100A as a general purpose access router?
A: Yes, although data will no longer be bonded across multiple links.
